Android app for technicians and tradespeople
The job is done when the customer has signed.
Interventus keeps customers, calendar, hours, materials and photos together. When the work is finished, the customer signs on screen and gets the PDF report, with your logo and the totals already worked out.
Works offline. Android 8 or later. The app is in Italian.
From the phone call to the signed report, on one phone
Every step of the job has its place in the app, and what you enter at the start flows through to the PDF on its own.
The customer calls
Add the appointment with time, address and notes. A reminder tells you when it's time to leave.
Head to the site
Call the customer or open navigation to their address with one tap. Their job history is right there.
Do the work
The timer counts hours in 15-minute steps. Pick materials from your catalogue, take photos before, during and after.
The customer signs
They sign with a finger on screen, with name and role. The app saves date, time and location, then locks the job.
The report goes out
An A4 PDF with your logo, the work, totals, photos and signature. Send it by email, WhatsApp or any other app.
A signature you can still verify a year from now
Along with the stroke of the signature, Interventus saves the data that tells where and when it was made. The report gets a digital fingerprint: if anyone changes even a comma in the PDF, the fingerprint no longer matches.
Once signed, the job is locked. You can read everything and change nothing, so the copy in the app and the PDF your customer holds always say the same thing.
This is a simple electronic signature under the EU eIDAS regulation.

The app does the maths, only you see the margin
Labour, materials, subtotal, VAT and total update as you fill in the job. Hourly rates can be set per customer and stay fixed at the rate of the day the job was opened.
For each material you save what you pay and what you charge. Only the price goes on the report; your cost stays in the app and tells you what you actually earn.

Works offline
Customers, jobs, photos and reports stay on the phone. In a boiler room with no signal, the app still does everything.
