App data on your phone
Your work data is on your phone and we have no copy of it. To delete it:
- If you want to keep it, export it first from More, Backup and restore, Export data.
- Open Android Settings, then Apps, then Interventus.
- Tap Storage, then Clear data. Or simply uninstall the app.
This deletes customers, appointments, jobs, materials, photos, reports, documents and settings. It cannot be undone.
Subscription
Clearing data or uninstalling the app does not cancel your subscription. To stop it: Play Store, profile, Payments and subscriptions, Subscriptions, Interventus, Cancel subscription.
To also delete the subscription data we receive from Google Play (order number, dates, status), email assistenza@interventus.it with your Google account email address. We delete it within 30 days, except what the law requires us to keep, and confirm by email.
Copy in Google backup
If Google backup is on, a copy of the app database may be in your Google account. You can delete it from Google Drive, Backups section, or from Android backup settings.
Accounts and cloud data
When accounts and cloud copies arrive, you will be able to delete your account and data directly in the app, under More, or by emailing assistenza@interventus.it. We will delete account and data within 30 days.
Messages sent from the website
To delete messages you sent through the contact form, email assistenza@interventus.it.
