Multi-page job reports

• With long descriptions or many materials the PDF now moves on to a new page by itself, instead of printing lines over the signature.
• The signature area at the bottom of each page always stays free.
• From page two there is a compact header with company name and report number, plus a page number.
• When the materials table continues, the column headings are repeated with "(continued)".
• Subtotal, VAT and total always stay together on the same page.
• Every photo now makes it onto the report, three per row: before, only six fitted.
